In the Green Mountain State of Vermont, through its vast greenery, we wash ashore the eastern part of Lake Champlain at Sand Bar State Park. This state park was established in 1933 and resides in Milton, VT. Its area covers 15 acres (6.1 ha) which US Route 2 goes straight through (road in above image). Open between Memorial and Labor Day weekends.
